Gold Run Slot at Treasure Island Las Vegas

Gold Run Slot at Treasure Island Las Vegas

After a great night sleep and a quick breakfast, I decided to be more assertive and get my game face ready. We started our morning grabbing Starbucks breakfast and coffee. I really liked we kept it simple and quick because I really wanted to walk the casino and check out the slot machines Treasure Island had. The last time I was in a casino was in my late 20's or early 30's like 31-32. Now I had to become familiar again with this casino's layout. I wanted to take my time and really find something different.

I was in the mood to redeem myself from the slump of yesterday at Casears Palace. My hope during this trip was to have a memorable time with Daniel. Fun fact about Daniel and I, we met in high school. I was 16 and he was 17. We got married in 2003 and we went to Vegas for our honeymoon. So if you're reading this I wanted to give you some context about our history together.

We walked around a bit and Daniel pointed out a Gold Run Slot Machine. I was about to reject the idea, but I saw it had a donkey and Daniel liked the miner. Funny thing is I couldn't shake our Piggy Bankin' Breakin' loss at the Caesars Palace. I was STILL talking about it. HAHAHA! Anyway, I put my game face on and needed a game plan. Watch the video to listen to my gameplan. Did I stick to it? You'll have to see if I  did.

Anyway, I put in a fresh $100 bill and start the game with a funny notion about our family. Here is the backstory about why I love the donkey. When Diego was four years old, he started Brazilian Jui Jitzu and wrestling. We would travel as a family to various tournaments. We always told Diego we loved doing this together as a family. As a family we were a team and if he lost we did too. So in my head, I created this idea that if we were a family team we would have a mascot. I picked the donkey because they are loyal animals and can be easily cheered up with snacks and can be playful and silly. Well that is my family, snacks and food quickly cheers us up. I created a cheer and we would gather our hands out and yell heee-hawww!! I thought it was cute, the boys thought it was silly but that is the backstory about why I enjoy donkeys.

Max bet for Max nuggets is what we are looking for. I hit the button and a timer goes off and we thought it was like a bonus spin and it wasn't. I was betting $1.25 each spin and my credits are draining. So sad! $30 dollars spent and I immediately cash out. I walk away with $70 voucher. UGH! This game was a bust and of course, Daniel's fault. LOL!!
